5mm deep fancy cut flawless Spinel and 6 CZ  (0.8 mm)  in a Honeycomb Pendant. 
6 prongs and bright finish and mil-grain detailing around the perimeter add visual interest.   Raised teardrop Bail on the back offers a clean presentation on a chain.  3mm at largest part. The chain is a Long and Short and has a simple adjustable options of 16 to 18 inches.
 
Pendant is 17mm in length and 10 mm in width.
