This is a absolutely beautiful Pendant! I purchased this carved Amethyst, also known as Prasiolite) stone and have been sitting on it for awhile. Planning and designing how I was going to incapsulate the stone and I wanted to use leaves to be the prongs. If you look close the leafs bend and go into each petal groove. So cool! The gem seems to be floating in the carved out section!
It has a design that at first glance you will not see the Owl faces. Go look. I'll wait! :) If your animal is not an Owl its still good because it is a beautiful design!
Instead of setting stones around the Amethyst, I set 18K Gold Beads, rather large ones!
Everything sets on a patterned piece of 999 Silver with a sneaky slide bail! Super thrilled about that feature too because I didnt want to add anything to the outside.
If your feeling a retro vibe, than good, because all my pieces this year are inspired by 1800's-1900's design style!
There many hours into this wearable art piece! And I hope the buyer can be aware of this fact and I hope it becomes a heirloom piece for your family.
The size is 1 inch by 1 inch and approx. a quarter of an inch thick. The chain is a Italian Snake chain, 18 inch and my Makers Tab is a little Bee I designed. Some folks remove it and use as a little charm necklace.
Comes in a gift box with a anti-tarnish tab or bag for tarnish free storing. They will need replacing at year or more!

Be mindful to not store next to other hard jewelry that may scratch. Keep away from high heat, chemicals, oils, perfume, and cleaners. Opals for the most part can lose their color if soaked in water. Just use a little bit if necessary. I wash all the pieces I make with a soft tooth brush and Dawn Liquid soap and dry with a clean cloth.
Good advice for all jewelry!
Thank you!
